Atlas Fiduciaire is a privately-owned Luxembourg firm specializing in accounting and tax services, as well as legal support (in collaboration with a law firm).
We assist companies, self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs, family groups, as well as alternative actors (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, and Infrastructure).
Founded by three experienced professionals – Franca, Olivier, and Renaud – with complementary backgrounds (lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar, certified auditor and chartered accountant registered with the OEC, and former tax partner at a Big Four firm), Atlas brings together a rare combination of expertise, enabling the firm to offer clients a comprehensive and integrated perspective.

With over 25 years of experience each, we have worked both in large firms and international groups as well as in our own practices. This dual perspective allows us to combine the rigor and expertise of major organizations with the agility and closeness of human-sized structures.

· Holder of a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve and a certified auditor since 2006
· Former auditor with leading firms in Luxembourg
· Founder of his own audit and accounting firm since 2010
· Supports clients with a personalized and pragmatic approach
· Holder of a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics and European Business Law
· Holder of a Certificate in Civil and Commercial Mediation
· Former Head of Compliance and trainer for over 10 years
· Founding Partner at ETUDE VELLA (civil litigation and legal advice, including AML)
· Holder of a Master’s degree in Economics and Management
· Became a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants in 2004
· 7 years of experience as a licensed director within domiciliation service providers (PSFs)
· 16 years at EY Luxembourg, including 4 years in audit and 12 years in the tax department
