Atlas Fiduciaire is an independent Luxembourg-based firm specializing in accounting, tax, administrative and regulatory support services for businesses.
We advise a diverse client base including companies, self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs, family groups, and alternative investment players, particularly in the areas of Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, and Infrastructure.
Founded by experienced professionals with complementary backgrounds, a certified auditor and chartered accountant registered with the OEC, a former tax partner of a Big Four firm, Atlas brings together multidisciplinary expertise, enabling us to provide our clients with a comprehensive, integrated, and pragmatic approach.

With over 25 years of experience each, we have worked both in large firms and international groups as well as in our own practices. This dual perspective allows us to combine the rigor and expertise of major organizations with the agility and closeness of human-sized structures.

· Holder of a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve and a certified auditor since 2006
· Former auditor with leading firms in Luxembourg
· Founder of his own audit and accounting firm since 2010
· Supports clients with a personalized and pragmatic approach
· Holder of a Master’s degree in Economics and Management
· Became a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants in 2004
· 7 years of experience as a licensed director within domiciliation service providers (PSFs)
· 16 years at EY Luxembourg, including 4 years in audit and 12 years in the tax department
